Built by people whoknow esportsoperations are messy

We watched teams juggle screenshots, spreadsheets, and disconnected tools. So we built something better.

The problem we're solving

Most esports teams don't have bad processes-they just don't have a tool built for their actual workflow.

"Screenshots end up scattered across Discord channels. Match data gets entered manually into three different spreadsheets. There's no single source of truth."

"By the time we clean the data enough to analyze it, the tournament is over and the context is gone."

The gap we found

Analytics tools assume you already have clean data. Tournament platforms focus too much on public-facing results. Team management tools don't understand competitive workflows. Nothing connects the full loop: event setup, match capture, screenshot traceability, player review, and analytics.

GamePulse fills that gap. It's not trying to replace your analytics stack or tournament platform-it's the operations layer that happens before and during those other tools.

How we think about the product

Operations first, reports second

GamePulse is useful during daily scrims, not just after tournaments end. Capture data as matches happen. Review while context is fresh. Analyze when it matters.

Speed with control

OCR isn't magic-it's assistance. We help you go faster without losing accuracy. Extract data automatically, but always review before saving. Trust the process, verify the result.

Context-aware, not generic

Different games need different workflows. Different roles need different views. The workspace adapts to your team and game instead of forcing everyone into the same interface.

Why now?

OCR tech is finally good enough

Modern vision models can reliably extract match data from screenshots with 95%+ accuracy. That wasn't true three years ago. Now it is.

Teams are professionalizing fast

More orgs want operations tools that feel professional, not hobbyist. They need secure access, role-based permissions, and audit trails-not just pretty dashboards.

The spreadsheet + Discord model doesn't scale

What works for 5-person teams breaks down at 15. What works for one game breaks when you add a second roster. Teams outgrow their tools but don't have better options. Until now.
